BAGHDAD (Bapinos)
Research and Foreign Minister HoshyarZebari with
Alastair Bird and British Minister of State for Near Eastern affairs, the political situation in Iraq and the region. The Iraqi Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the two sides also discussed Iraq's
participation in the London conference about Libya, Iraq marks the return
of weight to international forums and that the voice of a new democratic Iraq
is heard in international circles. She noted that the Minister of Foreign Affairs offer Government's vision of the developments of the political
situation in the region and the Arab countries and the increasing demand of
their peoples of their rights of democracy and peaceful democratic change. It added that in
another part of the talks discussed the results of the ministerial talks of the
Iraqi delegation to the State of Kuwait and talks frank and businesslike and
professional.
She said that Zebari expressed
his government's seriousness in dealing with Security Council
resolutions under Chapter VII
of the remaining and on the relationship between Iraq and Kuwait,noting that the
minister called for the support members of the Security
Council to close this
file.
